Charging my electric bike battery

So since last year we've been having challenges with charging our EVM bikes due to the Batterys stops charging when it gets to 10%, so this was how it stated we bought some electric bike from Spiro evm company one of the biggest EVM bike makers in Asia India precisely after dominating the India market they came into Nigeria with their lovely bikes specs designs with large batteries size for sports, and entertainment, and and since we are going green with less emission of hydro carbon to the environment which was what prompt us in venturing in the bikes as we want to join in saving the planet and our environment, so we got this bikes to start up a logistic business here in asaba known as one of the fasts growing cities when it comes to. Lifestyle and packaging. But we started facing challenges which is bad for our business as the batteries have not been charging and it has been giving us challenges and the manufacturing company said that the charger are the reason why the battery are not charging so today I'm expecting a new charger from Lagos down to asaba and hoping it charges the batteries as we are at the verge of losing most of our customers due to poor delivery as a result of no power for the bikes to operate when the battery is down.

Tge chargers just got here and hopefully all will be re solved.
