Whenever we feel a little bored, we pick up our phone and start looking at something. We just keep scrolling without any reason. Sometimes we spend hours doing productive work and then we feel that if we had spent that time for ourselves, in nature, or with family, it would have been healthier for us.
Earlier we used to sit with the family and talk and we used to share everything, laugh and cry but today, everyone is busy with their screens, and even when we sit together, we have become distant from each other. Even children do not eat without their phones and even adults do not feel at peace without their phones. This habit of checking the phone all the time has become a kind of addiction.
