Cada mil años, los dioses se reúnen en el Valhalla para decidir si la humanidad merece seguir existiendo. Al ver todos los pecados y errores de los humanos, los dioses deciden exterminarlos.

Pero aparece Brunhilde, una valquiria que desafía a los dioses y propone la "Ragnarok", un torneo a muerte donde 13 humanos legendarios deben enfrentarse a 13 dioses, y quien gane la mayoría de las peleas decidirá el destino del mundo.

Every thousand years, the gods gather in Valhalla to decide whether humanity deserves to continue existing. Seeing all the sins and mistakes of humans, the gods decide to exterminate them.

Lo que mas me gusto / What I liked the most

La idea de enfrentar a los seres humanos más poderosos de la historia contra los dioses es simplemente genial. Ver a figuras como Adán, Jack el Destripador, Lu Bu, Hércules, Zeus y Shiva en combates a muerte es un sueño para cualquier amante de la acción y la mitología.

Cada personaje tiene un diseño espectacular, lleno de detalles que reflejan su origen, personalidad y poderes. Desde los músculos y rayos de Zeus hasta la elegancia sangrienta de Jack el Destripador, el diseño visual es uno de los puntos más fuertes de la serie.

Aunque algunas críticas se centran en la animación (hablaremos de eso después), las peleas están cargadas de tensión, emoción y sorpresas. Lo mejor no es solo la acción física, sino también las historias detrás de cada personaje, que se van revelando mientras pelean, dándoles profundidad y sentido a los combates.

Algo que me encantó fue cómo los humanos no son guerreros comunes, sino figuras históricas o mitológicas que representan el espíritu humano en su máxima expresión. Ver cómo un simple humano se enfrenta a un dios todopoderoso y aún así lucha con todo su ser es algo que emociona y te hace reflexionar.

Cada pelea no es solo golpes y poderes, sino que viene cargada de drama, motivaciones personales y flashbacks que te hacen empatizar tanto con los humanos como con algunos dioses. La historia de Adán o la de Jack el Destripador, por ejemplo, son de las mejores y más impactantes.

Each fight isn't just about punches and power, but is also filled with drama, personal motivations, and flashbacks that make you empathize with both humans and some gods. The story of Adam or Jack the Ripper, for example, are some of the best and most shocking.

Quizás el punto más criticado por los fans (y estoy de acuerdo) es que la animación a veces no está a la altura de la epicidad de la historia. En algunas peleas se recurre a diapositivas o movimientos estáticos, lo que le quita fuerza al impacto visual de los combates.

Aunque la dirección artística y los diseños son buenos, la ejecución de las escenas de lucha podría haber sido mucho más fluida y espectacular.

En ciertos combates, la serie se detiene mucho para contar el pasado del personaje, lo que a veces rompe el ritmo de la pelea. Si bien estas historias son importantes, algunos espectadores pueden sentir que alargan demasiado las escenas.

Perhaps the point most criticized by fans (and I agree) is that the animation sometimes doesn't live up to the epicness of the story. Some fights rely on slides or static movements, which diminishes the visual impact of the fights.

Although the art direction and designs are good, the execution of the fight scenes could have been much more fluid and spectacular.

In certain fights, the series lingers for a long time to tell the character's backstory, which sometimes breaks the flow of the fight. While these stories are important, some viewers may feel they drag the scenes out too much.
