Meanwhile, Thomson, his son, Ricky, Vincent, and Senator Davis strategized their next moves in a safe house. The air was thick with determination and the weight of responsibility.

Senator Davis: "We're making progress, but we can't ignore the threat they still pose. We need a plan to counter their moves."

Thomson, who had spent a lifetime in the shadows, understood the nature of their enemy.

Thomson: "They'll strike from the shadows. We need to draw them out, expose them to the light."

The team decided to set a trap, using a false lead to lure the old guard into the open. Vincent, with his deep understanding of their adversaries, took the lead in orchestrating the ruse.

Vincent: "They're like vultures, circling for any sign of weakness. We'll give them what they want, then spring the trap."

As night fell over the city, the trap was set in motion. A leak was fed into the underground channels, a rumor of a gathering of Thomson's supporters, vulnerable and unprotected.

In the shadows, Thomson and his team waited, the tension palpable. The trap worked — the disgraced officials took the bait, converging on the location with hired muscle.

Thomson's Son (whispering): "Here they come. Just like rats out of the sewer."

The confrontation was swift and decisive. The old guard, caught off guard and outnumbered, were rounded up, their plans to retake the city crumbling before their eyes.

The episode ends with the dawn breaking over the city, the first light illuminating a skyline in transition. The community's efforts, supported by Thomson and his team, were building a new narrative, one of hope and collective strength.

It always good to be faster than ones enemy and not takes any threats for granted. It a good thing Thomson and his crew was able to capture them with their baits and they fall for it now the people will see more reason to work with them in rebuilding the city.
