The Best Way In Keeping Fit. Dieting or Exercise?

Staying in shape is something that everyone needs and it’s important for us all. Also, there are so many health benefits of staying in shape like reduced the risk of heart diseases, improve your quality of sleep and so much more.
I know a lot of people msg feel staying in shape is all about building hips, six packs and all but that’s not just it. It’s all about staying healthy, reducing fat if the cholesterol in our body and so much more. That’s why we see some people who run almost every morning because that’s their method of trying to keep fit.
There are two basic methods of staying in shape and they are dieting and exercising. Some people apply the first approach while some apply the second and some feel the best way to stay in shape is by approaching those two methods.

These two ways are the best. If you’re on a diet and you know your health condition, you can go through the diet method as long as you’re eating what is good for your health. As for exercise, it will help you shed off some unnecessary fat in your body and that’s the physical approach. A lot of people like me do not like the exercise method.

Which do I do?

I’m also lucky that I don’t eat much but at the same time, a lot of people tell me that it’s not nice. It’s always good to eat. If you have ever watched my videos on Ecency, you’d notice I’m always coughing and before I sing a song, I clear my throat even though I know it won’t last a minute.
Now, I’m careful of what I’m eating but it dies but have to do with that only. I now eat things that has low fat and that’s basically because I have the tendency of getting fatter and my thighs are very thick so I’m trying to stay in shape from now on before it gets worse. Also, I don’t do exercise because I engage in physical activities and if I decide to add exercise to dieting, it will be too stressful and I will have body pains. I may even collapse someday and that’s why I ran away from exercise even though I was a big fan sometime ago.

Don’t I feel the two approaches are important?

To be very honest, the two approaches are important and they work hand in hand but I cannot just kill myself. Imagine you going through crazy exercise everyday but you still get hone to take Shawarma and other things that will make you fatter, do you think your exercise will work?

It may work but will take longer time. To keep your body fit faster, we should learn that dieting and exercising work hand in hand.
It works better and faster and this is for those who are dedicated to staying in shape.

I’ve tried both before, they worked faster but stopped because of the pains exercise will give me.
You can choose your choice amongst the two but it is always better to go for the two at the same time.

Yes, I would say they go hand in hand. Fasting and Keto diet is a great way to lose weight. A calorie deficit is highly recommended by my nutritionists. It's just hard to keep track of all of those calories!

You have said it all, both approaches work hand in hand with each other. You cannot go eating whatever you like and still expect to see results for the time spent at the gym.
