You can build a list manually if you know people. I am sure there are a lot there. The scripts just help me pick up on those I miss. You need someone with some programming knowledge. I can help them get started.
Update: I just ran a query and got this result

Oh wow that's quite a lot of people! @rafzat, if you can find someone to create a monthly list, that would be really interesting!
I'll share the data I have with them and they can use their local knowledge to expand on it.
