My Regrettable Experience With Loan.
We all have done so many things in the past which were very wrong but the good thing is if we are able to realize that we were wrong in the early stage of the actions and we were able to call ourselves back by doing the right thing. Sometime in 2021, I had an awful experience with a loan but all that happened was my fault.
The good thing is that I was able to get out of the mess on time before things escalated because Nigerian loan apps can be so funny that when you don’t pay up the money you’re owing them after the agreed time, they will begin to post your pictures and send to your WhatsApp friends to let them know that you’re owing them some money. I think things have changed right now but I can’t tell since it’s been a long time since I used it.
The awful experience I had with a loan app
Firstly, I mentioned earlier that it was all my fault and I sincerely understand that. I was working on an online platform back then and I was earning a reasonable amount of money. Instead of me to save up some money I used to get online, all I could do was to take the money to club and drink alcohol. Then there was a party I was supposed to go to and I didn’t have enough money. I decided to withdraw from the site I was earning from but it takes three days to get the money and the party was on the next day. I decided to take a loan from a loan app and promised to pay after seven days since I was sure that I was going to get paid from the website. I took the loan from the loan app and I enjoyed myself in the club.
I was always active on the site just like how I’m active on here too and when I was dancing in the club, I decided to check my progress and I got to know that the site already shut down. It wasn’t funny because I didn’t know how to pay up my loan. I couldn’t tell anyone so I just keep it to myself and I was damn broke.
After seven days, the loan application texted me to remind me of my payment. I had to extend the loan and kept on extending it until I was able to get some money from my parents to pay it up but I never told them what happened.
What I learned from the experience
We should never see loans as bad things. Loan can be used for so many purposes like business and so on but we should never use a loan for something that we know won’t bring back some money into our account. At the same time, if we are not 99% sure about the incoming money, we should never take the loan. Above all, we should never take a loan just to spend lavishly at the club. That does not make any sense…
That’s my loan experience and I hope
I never get into that position again.
Oh yes loan can be good if you have a plan or project if not....be careful.

Loans aren't back, as long as we invest the money we borrowed into a business that will bring profit, but in your case you used the money to party 😂 Thank God you paid back quickly before they start putting your picture everywhere that you stole from them 😅
