I’m a Bollywood movie lover. Maximum times I watch Bollywood movies. Of Course I also watch famous movies of other industries. Like Hollywood movies, Korean movies.
Those who are a little bit acknowledged of Bollywood know very well about "Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge". This is a cult classic of Bollywood. Many times, I have watched it. Very recently, I re- watched this famous movie "Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge" or which is commonly known as DDLJ. This iconic movie was released in 1995 and still holds a special place in every movie lover's heart. The movie cast is Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol, two of the most celebrated actors of Indian cinema. Their pure love chemistry gave the bollywood so many classics.

The story of this movie is interesting. This movie tells us the story of a young boy Raj and a young girl Simran, two NRI's living in London, who fall in love during a trip to Europe. But they are unable to express their feelings due to their difference in the family tradition. The movie is a perfect combination of romance, drama, and comedy. One of the most loving parts of this movie is its songs. They are just amazing. The music is composed by Jatin-Lalit, is one of the highlights of the movie and is still loved by people worldwide. Still I many times listened these songs on YouTube.

It reminded me of the golden times when movies used to have a simple yet powerful storyline. We know that Bollywood is going through a tough time. But it is expected that very soon Bollywood would experience their good time.

I became a Shah Rukh Khan fan watching this movie and this is the first movie I have watched of SRK. The chemistry between Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol is undoubtedly one of the highlights of the movie. Their dialogues and interactions keep people entertained throughout the movie.

Apart from the lead actor and actress, the supporting cast also did an excellent job in their respective roles. The legend Amresh Puri, who played Simran's father, gave a memorable performance as a strict but caring father. The movie's director, Aditya Chopra, did a fantastic job in capturing the essence of Indian culture and traditions. There are not bold scenes. So one can watch it with family. There are some good humors. So from every perspective its enjoyable.

Watching again DDLJ was an enjoyable experience for me. It's no wonder for me why this movie is still popular among people after more than two decades. It's a classic love story that has stood the test of time and will continue to be loved by generations to come. If you have not witnessed this evergreen love story you should watch.
