Arcadecolony: COLONY Token Price Surges Over 40% Amid Growing Player Confidence, and My Race to 1 Million Stake.

It is quite usual that once the price of a token surges, it goes down, especially when the token supply is getting increased daily by airdrop and players are also earning the token as part of the play2earn rewards.
Interestingly, the COLOLONY token price surged again by 7.23% on top of the last week's price surge. Interestingly, the current price of token has made an overall gain of more than 40% if it is compared with its low in the current month and the current token price.

I am not sure what the exact reason for this surge is, but I can say the confidence of the current player base is high in the game's future. I am making this claim based on my personal chat with one of the game whales as per the screenshot below.

As you are already aware that I started newly in this game, so I keep buying cards at regular intervals. I do the card dealing with one of the whale player instead of the market as they beat the price offered in the game marketplace. But in the recent case, the player decided not to sale any of his inventory and keep all of it safe as he is expecting positive changes in the game ecosystem in the coming days.

Maybe same is true for COLONY token, that nobody is selling cheap and whoever is purchasing the token is pushing the price further up.

For the recently concluded Season 25, I have earned 2782 COLONY tokens in the Orbital Leaderboards and earned 6557 COLONY tokens in the Ranked Leaderboard. It makes my overall earnings of the 9339 COLONY token. At current price, these earnings are above $3. Though it might look a little less at first glance but actually it is quite good considering my overall expenditure in this game till now is less than $100 than includes buying cards and buying SCRIPTS tokens. SCRIPT tokens are need to stake along with cards to generate the FUEL token that is required to burned to take part in the multiplayer race. Another good thing is that my asset value in the market did not depreciate, so it means I am able to recoup my initial investment without loss. Overall it is enjoyable to to take part in kart racing and I am planning to buy more cards in future to continue my Mponkarts journey.

So I staked all 9339 COLONY earned, and I am able to cross the 50K stake token milestone. I am still too far away from 1 million mark, but eventually I will reach there. I would like to complete this goal before the end of this year. Now new season started, so it will be interesting to see that how the staking of these tokens will be going to modify my "stake multiplier" in the rewards earned.
