Let's analyze the COLONY staking factor.

Players who get interested in the Moonkart's Game or the investor who started looking at the COLONY tokenomic, start staking the COLONY token. The most common question that users ask that what rewards do they get for staking the COLONY tokens? What is the APR of staking the COLONY tokens? It is a little surprising and may be fully disheartening for the investor mindset that staking COLONY has 0 APR or zero rewards, but for the players, staking COLONY give them "reward multiplier" in the game. Amount of COLONY tokens stake decides their rewards in the game.

One of the observations is that the staking factor is always less than 20, so it looks like the algorithm limits the value to less than 20. I have witnessed
the staking factor to 19.9 but never 20. Another interesting factor is that the staking factor automatically reduces with an increase in the rankings or points.
For example. if your rating points are 1000, the staking factor comes as 19.5 but at the rating points of 1300, it automatically reduces to 18.5. (Atleast for my case.)

If I see, at positions 11 and 12, the staking factor is 18.5. Let see at position 12, 18.5 staking factor, with 89957 Orbital points, Rewards are 1012 COLONY. So it means 1 orbital point earn 1012/89957 COLONY.
If I extrapolate for 94640 Orbital points, it will come as (1012/89957)*94640 COLONY = 1064.68 COLONY. This calculation is close to the number 1063, which is the actual COLONY rewards for me. May be "Leaderboard" is showing only 1 decimal place but actually in game there might be more decimal places.

Also Note that these calculations are not absolutes, as they change if someone
races and earn orbitals as the orbital reward pool is fixed, and the sum of all orbital points will yield the "fixed" number of Orbitals in the reward pool.

Then I staked 10000 COLONY, and my modifier changed from 18.5 to 18.6, so it look like 10K COLONY helped me to increase the modifier by .1. But this is also not that linear because my overall COLONY stake is 145K and this will make my modifier 14.5 only. So I assume this number is somewhat fixed to a number or constant value for a 0 COLONY stake.

In my case, an increase of stake by 10K , increased modifier by .1 and absolute COLONY reward by 5 COLONY.

I tried to find the documentation for it but did not find any. Above calculations are just gross estimates on my part and should not be considered as authentic to do any other calcuation. Since I have not found any documentation, so tried to understand the concept by playing with numbers.
