Music and dance my instant joy.

Hello everyone and welcome to this week hive Ghana community weekly activities

My name is @quin.lizzy and I will be writing about the topic, "instant joy".When I saw this topic I had no option but to smile, it's indeed an instant joy.

Joy to me is happiness.Instant joy is the feeling of happiness we feel instantly as a result of an action.
My instant joy comes from slow peaceful music.As a lover of music, it's just naturally to be instantly joyful when I hear music.

Last two months when I was sick,I was having a feeling I could not even explain,I was dizzy and feverish, nothing came to my mind but to play one of my gospel songs album from Anthem worship,I was listening to it and having comfort and peace.

Even though I was not feeling myself,the lyrics were bringing hope and joy to me.Instantly my mood lighten up and I felt joy.Music is indeed medicine to the soul.

Even when am sad and just all quiet music always does the magic,I was sad for no reason aso I decided to play songs from Titania moanais,at that moment when the song started playing I was happy and I flowed with the song, music always gives me joy.

I will also talk about calls,I don't necessarily enjoy making calls but a call from a loved one can do the magic.I was somewhat quiet and my roommate was complaining and asking if I was really fine,I was fine but I just wanted my peace which I can only get by myself.I had to call my mother to get myself back,and my mother is a type of person that whenever you make contact with her you are left with no other choice but to smile cause she is indeed full of love and happiness.After that called I felt whole and I regain myself,that sanquin Lizzy that the seem to understand more.

Whenever,am making videos,my mother like to tag alone and her smile always gives that instant joy which flows with music.With this I feel joy no matter how the day is going or how my mood is.

Music is indeed medicine to the soul and accompanied with my mother while dancing makes it even more important and joyful.
