IF AM THE PRESIDENT

Hello everyone, welcome to my blog,am quin.lizzy and today I will be writing on the topic"imagine you became the president of your country; what are the first two struggles of the citizens in your country you will tackle first" in hive naija weekly activities.This topic really hit hard when I saw it,but before I continue,I will like to say little about what a president and struggles are;

A president is someone who is democratically elected to represent his/her people.
Struggles means difficulties encountered and in this context,it's the difficulties encountered by the citizens of Nigeria,the financial instability,poor health and education system and lot's More.
If am the president of Nigeria the two first struggles I will tackle would be;

Firstly, Health sector: health should be one of everyone's priorities,with good health other part of life would be enjoyable.The Nigeria health sector is really something to be worried about cause for an average Nigerian is seeming so hard to pay the fees for the healthcare services, talk more of the poor.I would never forget the day I and my brother were sick,we went very early to a public hospital,on arriving we saw so many people waiting to be attended to,we also joined them.

Their was just two doctors in sit and we the patient were so much,we were not just waiting but waiting with pains but their was nothing we could do about it, finally we saw the doctor and we explained how we felt and we were sent to the laboratory for two test,the first result came out,but before we could see the doctor for prescription it took eternity,I was all tired and angry,we had to wait till the only doctor on sit had to be done with the theatre,it was already evening,he prescribed medication and injection for us.

We could not wait for the other test result,we came home and planned on visiting a private hospital.I wouldn't want any life to be lost as a result of few doctors and I wouldn't want any soul to experience what I went through with my brother that day.

Indeed,health is wealth,if my people are healthy,the will work more to improve the economy of my country and this will be a great deal to having a stable economy.
In addition,the second thing is that I will work on the agricultural sector in providing food and processing food in the country.If food is produced in large quantities and in my country, of course,their will be low starvation and also the price of food in the country will also be low.

The high cost of food has so many impact to the extent that citizens go on stealing just to be able to feed their families.I will make sure I invest more in the agricultural sector for efficiency and to be able to market my product internally to generate revenue for my country.Food works hand in hand with good health,with good food, good health is expected and with this the economy will work even better.

Indeed if am the president of the country,I will look more in this aspect to reduce the death rate and also crime rate.Thanks for visiting my blog.
