Few physical tips for an improved life.

Hello everyone and welcome you to this week hive naija community weekly prompt,my name is @quin.lizzy and today I will be writing about some few physical health tip for an improved life.

Indeed health is wealth,and to be able to life a beautiful life,we need to be in good health.
Their are so many physical health tips that many of us ignore frankly speaking cause I also don't always practice it but to live in good health we should be try and abide by the following;

Firstly,drinking enough water:most of the sickness we experience some time is the lack of being hydrated most time we eat without even taking in water,am a good example to this,when I eat my meal,I don't feel the need to take in water.Like I can stay a day without drinking water,can you imagine I use to forget to take water,with this anytime I feel sick my mother would always say is cause I don't like taking in water, cause I will always feel weak and dizzy,this habit is prone to the female gender and is not nice cause water is essentially for regulation of the body system.

I took it open myself not to skip water by putting water by close by when am eating,I don't do that cause I don't feel the need but its useful Incase the food doesn't go down the right part,so I keep it by my side to remind my self to do the needful.Lets try and take in much water our body really needs it.

Secondly,rest and sleep:It so rapid that youth don't get to rest,while chasing the big bag but making the money and letting our health suffer is not the right way to go for it, let's try to incorporate the habit of taking rest and sleep even if it's a nap,it will really go along way to avoid unnecessary breakdown.

Thirdly, always staying in one position;most people stay indoor all day on their phone,at least have a stretch move your body not necessarily involving yourself in any exercise but at least taking a walk would not be bad at all, staying without doing anything is not just enjoyment as we see it to be,it does a lot to our health, let's move so that the blood can circulate properly.

In addition,screen time,this part is really hard to stop but it can be reduce,the world has become global and we do virtually everything using our gadgets, let's try to reduce our phones brightness or set time limit for using our screen, others use medicated eye glass to reduce the ray of light.Too much of this causes eye defect later on in life let's be conscious please.

Conclusion,their are so many physical health tips that we know but don't do them in our day to day activities, let's take note and work on our self for us to have a good health.

Water, although I don't take it regularly as every 1hr, I take it whenever I'm thirsty and that occurs somewhat regularly too. It is very essential for our body
