Ufff this is such a great point. And I'm just like you, but I do try to give suggestions as little as possible. Because in my experience, people still blame you for the suggestions you give them, especially those people who don't like to take responsibility for their own actions.

On the other hand, if I suggest something and it turns out wrong I feel bad too because in the end I thought it was the right action. So, most of the time I just listen and ask what they are going to do LOL
