This made me realized something that now I think is so obvious LOL. There are times when I have the idea but I don't know how to make it happen, and I end up learning a lot of things just to make it happen instead of finding someone to do it.

But your approach is so much easier. And I love that you explained how you work with your team, because that made me realize that we just need to focus on the things we are good at, and leverage the things that others are good at. So simple but somehow it clicked right now.
