Stress Isn't A Threat #182 #LOH
If only stress was a person, I would have sued him to court with so much evidence but what can I do? I can't even see it but I can feel it. Nobody likes stress, I don't like it either and this has placed me on finding so many ways to handle it. Though one thing I like about myself is that I can endure stress especially if I have a deadline to complete a particular task in a day.
How do you handle job stress? Do you deal with it well, or at some point has it generated some health discomfort or problems within the family?

One of the ways I handle stress is through sleep, though I don't like sleeping because I feel the time I might use to sleep will be used to complete some tasks,Hehe! However, we cannot cheat on nature, no matter what we do, it's important to let our eyes go on a break by closing them even if it's for 1 hour.
This is me: Whenever I feel I don't have much strength to continue, I shift my laptop one side, silent my phone and then sleep like I don't want to wake up😂 lol! That's the best way I handle stress
Stress has never in anyway broken me down or giving me any discomfort in my health because
- In as much as I must work to live, I prioritize my health to work. - If there's is no good health, there will be no work
Talking about family, I must say I have a very understanding hubby so this is me bragging that stress has not in any way come between me and my family because whenever I am stressed, he understands and he is always ready to cover up.

I would prefer to do my office work from home a million times, even in my next life. I used to work from office before until I was laid off of my position during the scarcity of naira in my country. After the laid off, I decided to focus on building online which requires me to work from home as a social media manager. And truly, I have tasted both works, all I can say is that as a mother, I prefer working from home as it gives me time to also manage my family the way I want.

Haha, we have very similar habits, my friend, putting the phone on silent and sleeping for a while, it's essential to recharge your batteries. Working from home, most of the time, is great. Thanks for participating, hugs.
