Noble Words : Poetry is an echo of poets work !

A poetic discourse is impressive because it is a powerful and artful form of communication that can move, inspire, and enlighten us in ways that other forms of language cannot. Poets often offer a unique and insightful perspective on the world, challenging conventional ways of thinking and prompting the reader to see things in a new light. Poets use metaphors, similes, and other figures of speech to create new connections between ideas and make abstract concepts more concrete. This allows for deeper understanding and a more profound emotional impact. It is always blissful to listen to various discourse. Our Sanskrit has following to say in this aspect of poetry.

अविदितगुणापि सुकवेर्भणितिः कर्णेषु किरति मधुधाराम् |

अनधिगतपरिमलाSपि हि हरते दृशं मालतीमाला ||

Aviditagunaapi sukaverbhanatih karneshu kirati madhudhaaraam.
Anadhigatparimalaapi hi harate drusham maalateemaalaa.

Aviditagunaapi = aviditgunaa + api.
Avidit = unknown.
Gunaa= quality, virtue.
Api = even.
Sukaverbhanitih = Sukavaih + bhaniti.
Sikavaih = of a virtuous poet.
Bhanitih = discourse, speech.
Karneshu = in tghe ears.
Kirati = pours.
Madhudhaaraam = a stream of honey.
Anadhigat = not acquired.
Parimala = fragrance.
Hi = surely.
Harate = steals, deprives.
Drusham = appearance, look.
Maalati = Jasmine flower, known for its fragrance.
Maalaam = garland.

I.e. An unknown but competent poet's discourse is impressive and pleasing like a stream of honey put in one's ears, in the same manner as the fragrance of Maalati flowers draws more
attention and appreciation and definitely deprives the garland made out of these flowers from such attention.

The idea behind this is that the discourse of a poet is more powerful than his personality, just like the scent of Maalati flowers, which is appreciated more than a garland made out of the flowers.
