Noble Words : Diversity define mankind !

Few days ago, we have road construction underway near my house. The labourers were working hard but they were speaking a different language. Even though they were from the same region, but they have a dialect which is not in tune to ours. This really made me amazes as how we have so many different languages and culture exists in within same country. It is not only India, such thing can be found all around tye world. The legacies of colonialism, migration, and trade have significantly impacted the cultural landscapes of different regions, leading to the blending and evolution of diverse traditions.

पिण्डे पिण्डे मतिर्भिना कुण्डे कुण्डे नवं पयः |

जातौ जातौ नवाचारौ नवा वाणी मुखे मुखे ||

Pinde pinde matirbhinnaa kunde kunde navam payah,
Jaatou jaatou navaachaarah navaa vaani mukhe mukhe.

Pinde = persons.
Mati = intelligence and way of thinking.
bhinna = different.
Kunde = ponds.
Nave = new, different
Payah = water
Jaatou = different castes.
Nava + Aachaara = Navaachara
Aachar = way of living , lifestyle.
Vaani = dialect, language.
Mukh = mouth.
Mukhe mukhe = different mouths (here it means people of different races and countries).

i.e. The level of intelligence and way of thinking differs from person to person and so also the quality of water differs from pond to pond. Likewise, the lifestyle (way of living) differs among different castes and the dialect / language among people of different countries.

Two people can never be same in their approach. They have different mindset, and personality. Likewise there are lot of diversity among our culture and geography. Different systems of governance, economic structures, and social hierarchies have influenced how people live, work, and interact. Likewise, the, climate, terrain, and resource availability have shaped agricultural practices, settlement patterns, and social structures in same.

Such, diversity can lead to increased innovation, creativity, and economic growth, while also fostering a sense of unity and cooperation among diverse groups. However, diversity can also present challenges, such as potential for conflict and the need for inclusive policies to ensure all groups are represented and their rights are protected.
