Noble Words : Being affectionate !

Hugging, kissing and holding hands has always been an universal language for showing affetion. The most effective way to show affection is to be genuine and sincere. Pay attention to the person you are trying to show affection to and tailor your expressions to their love language, whether it's physical touch, words of affirmation, acts of service, quality time, or receiving gifts. To highlight the genuine affection, Sanskrit has following to say :

ददाति प्रतिगृण्हाति गुह्यमाख्याति पृच्छति

भुङ्ते भोजयते चैव षड् विधं प्रीति लक्षणम्

Dadaati pratigrunhaati guhyamaakhyaati pruchhatam,
Bhungte bhojayate chaaiw shadvidham preeti lakshnam.

Dadaati = gives.
Pratigrunhaati = returns the courtesy shown by a similar behavior.
Guhya = secret.
Aakhyati = keeps.
Pruchati = cares for one's welfare.
Bhungte = shares meals.
Bhojayate = serves meals.
Shadvidham = these six.
Preeti = afection.
Lakshnam = symptoms.

It says : Giving, returning of the courtesy shown by a similar behavior, sharing of secrets, caring for one's welfare ,sharing of meals, and serving food with care, these are the six symptoms of affection shown by a person to another person.

If we find these symptoms in the behavior of a person while dealing with him, we can be certain that he loves and respects us. Affection can also manifest in the form of quality time spent together and acts of service that make the other person's life easier. Affection fosters a cycle of well-being, where the positive effects of showing and receiving love lead to improved mental and physical health, stronger relationships, and a greater sense of happiness and fulfillment.
