Zingtober 2025 — We’re Back with a buck! Excited to announce the return of Zingtober, our annual art challenge inspired by Inktober!

New creature reveal is still in the works, but the event kicks off with fresh energy and a more relaxed format this year

Maybe you don't know but last years Holozing Inktober challenge went above and beyond and ended up writing a novel based on the prompts.

Let's move to 2025, when this deerling had to leave this family and explore a new part of the mystical woods. It'a bit like Bambi but more fantasy!

And somehow we are half way trough the challenge:

We go further with Holozyn's story, as our baby deer is exploring uncharted territories! He left his home, and his family, to set his own camp and create his own kingdom!

He was still to find his affinity towards an element, but this happened sooner than he thought! As he went to the stream... the magic happened!

Holozyn has unlocked his water affinity but that led to a big blunder! He was now surrounded by crocolisks!

He froze for a heartbeat, as the cool stream still rippling around his hooves. The crocolisks’ eyes glowed a sickly green ... as they could sense something!

Something else unlocked! And the beasts knew that... and wanted a deal! The water around Holozyn turned into ice, and the air was freezing!

He watched the crocolisks and understood what they wanted! They wanted ice-cream! He understood the ... deal!

The fear helped unlocked a new magic power, and his part of the deal was to supply ice-cream for the beasts that helped him.
