As a numbers guy, the slow heat style beats chasing wild APYs every single time, and the pan sear with just salt and pepper is the same logic, now I’m hungry and patient at the same time haha.
My budgeting brain definitley loves simple rules, diversify a little and dont over salt or over stake, the numbers looks good over time.
