At the core of Cookie is mindshare, that metric designed to measure how much attention an individual contributes to a specific project compared to everyone else talking about it!
Using AI, the platform analyzes posts for quality, engagement, sentiment, and credibility, then assigns each contributor a percentage that reflects how much of the overall conversation they are responsible for.
The system enables projects to reward creators and community members for generating meaningful attention and action. Some campaigns focus purely on mindshare, where users earn rewards by posting and driving high-quality discussion around a project.
Higher mindshare means greater influence and visibility, making it a relative measure of impact rather than a simple count of posts. Now... how all this went for me?
I started using Cookie in the summer, and went well for a while ... but then I stopped getting snaps! I wanted to take part in campaigns and earn rewards but the algo sucked... honestly!
When this happened, I was top 200-300 in all campaigns... but zero snaps since July-August made me drop out of the prize pool in most of them. I ended up with a $20 reward from OpenLedger and $35 from Elympics.
I openly said that the old algo sucked badly... and a change was needed! This happen but that's a story for the second part of the article. Now let's focus on my CT wrap-up on Cookie!
I didn't use it for a full year but the review is nice and colorful! My mindshare is negligible but at least I've got 117 smart followers that may or may not interacted with my 31k posts and replies!
My slice of InfoFi focused on Projects Analysis, showing that my educator background kicked in! I love testing and trying new dapps or protocols, and sharing a genuine experience may help others.
I am surprised Memes got only 2.45% as PVM was a meme lord once upon a time! However... now they call me ... The Analyst! I have pure alpha behavior and I turn chaos into clarity!
Why I came back? Cookie introduced capital mindshare, which combines social influence with on-chain participation. The InfoFi idea shifted from who barks the loudest to who's aligned with the product!
Without capital in the came... it's just noise! In these campaigns, users not only post about a project but also support their activity with actions such as trading, investing, depositing, or referring others.
This added layer amplifies their mindshare and increases potential rewards, effectively tying influence to real economic commitment. Projects launch campaigns with different goals and to encouraging deeper on-chain engagement.
Participants contribute content and climb leaderboards that track both influence and capital-backed activity. Ultimately, Cookie turns community engagement into something measurable and rewarding!

Cookie is fun, and is funnier when you have frens to chat! InfoFi is nothing new ... and it looks like now we need to call it AttentionFi... because we are crying for KOL attention when posting!
