Was the first time when a new system was introduced, as the participants earned points which were converted in a share of the prize pool!

The new dynamic was introduced to create a wider spread for prizes, while maintaining a high level in the competition! All Rangers were invited to guess who will win the football tournaments, which countries will win the most gold medal, tennis champions, and the top five country as medal count!

Only four of the thirty participants guessed the top five in the correct order! Standing ovations for Infinity, J.Ned, Razer and Barbarian for going with USA, China, Team GB, France and Japan! This guys hit the target with coolness... like Yusuf Dicek!

How it worked? The total points earned by all participants was 365, therefore each point was converted into 0.27 ACX! The gold medalist in forecasting J.Ned accumulated 19.24 points, coming with ACX prizes and an extra share of tokens! A total of 115 $ACX where shared between the 30 participants, some winning more due to the top forecasting skills!

But we didn't stopped the summer of sports when the Paris 2024 Olympic Games concluded... we made it bigger and better! It was the perfect time to announce the Across Fantasy Football Superleague!

The 2024-2025 Premier League season brings another twist to the Across competitions, as the points-based superleague was complemented with a new head2head competition. The prize pool is the biggest ever, with 555 $ACX allocated as prizepool.

The first idea was to set prizes in USD-value, but we believe in the perpetual growth of Across! We wanted to make the season more interesting so we set aside 555 $ACX at the start of the Premier League, approximately $233 at the time. The prize pool will be huge in May 2025, considering the 641% growth since November 2022.

With two leagues running simultaneous, we split the $ACX pot to cover both. The Head2Head competition will have slightly higher prizes, as it requires constant management and more commitment. This league was open until the first game of the Premier League, and will go forward with 26 managers.

It is just the beginning, so the leaderboard is still even. Each round the managers will face another team, and the one with the highest points will win the match and three points in the leaderboard. So far we have only four teams that won both their games.

Japi "The Special One" has to work harder to maintain the 22-23 crown, as the other 33 managers will look for the ultimate glory! He had a good start but it looks like Doubledee, Benni, GR and many more will be top contenders!

What about me? What are my goals for this season? I finished 3rd in the 2023-2024 Premier League Fantasy Football, and won the cup! This season I want to at least match the previous performance.

It will be challenging, but with Haaland in top form I can't go wrong! The goal-machine scored a hattrick against Ipswich and got me 34 points. You can't go wrong with him as a captain.
