Here are some pictures of insect species that I captured today in the CCH community.
The atmosphere today is dark and cloudy at exactly 17.00. I came home from the oil palm plantation that I own. Before traveling in the morning, I had planned that after my activities at the oil palm plantation, I would take the time to hunt for photos at that location.
Initially at that location I was spraying weeds on the plantation but when it arrived at 4 pm I finished work and spent an hour hunting for pictures from 4 to 5 pm.
After a while I was looking for a picture object, suddenly I saw an insect that was very similar to a fly. At first I thought it was a species of fly, but after I looked closer it turned out that this species was not a fly.
And this is very interesting with its body shape, but after I looked for references about this species, it turned out that there was an answer from Wikipediawhich I searched for via Google Lens.
Wikipedia states that this species is known as Rhiniidae which was born from the fly species of the Oestroidea family and my guess about this insect is not wrong, meaning it is related to the fly species.
All friends of the CCH community, you can see the uniqueness of this type of insect through several pictures that I uploaded below. I think this is something amazing that I discovered this afternoon.
