Dzień wcześniej "dowaliłem do pieca" dokładając 20 minut siłowni, po prawie godzinie biegania na bieżni.

Wygląda na to, że wujek Garmin tym razem nieco mnie oszczędził, i wrzucił jedynie 37 minut truchtania 🤪😆



Postanowiłem sprawdzić ile długości ma "pętla stadionu" przy szkole w Buczkowicach, gdyż jest to jedyna otwarta bieżnia blisko mnie, a ja potrzebuję płaskiego terenu do zbliżających się zadaniówek/interwałów.



Zrobiłem testowo 3 kółka.

Wygląda na to, że środkowy tor ma 160 metrów 🤯🤪😆🤣

Jak ja będę miał tam kręcić pół godziny interwałów, to chyba puszczę pawia 🤢

To będzie cieeeeeężki piątek... (o ile Garmin nie wymyśli czegoś innego, gdyż zdaża mu się zmieniać propozycje treningowe, w zależności od mojej jakości snu).
