My colleagues and I woke up early with great enthusiasm, as we had to attend the first edition of the competition: "Only Statics Pro".
When we arrived at the venue, we got down to work to finalize the preparations. We set up the decoration, lined up the tables for the judges, installed the awnings to protect the athletes and the public from the sun. The atmosphere was one of camaraderie and excitement before the imminent arrival of the competitors.
The competition turned out to be very close and entertaining, with athletes showing an impressive level in the different static events. Personally, I also decided to participate and had the opportunity to measure my skills against other competitors. Although I made it through the qualifying round, I was eliminated in the quarterfinals.
Despite not making it to the final stages, the experience of participating in this event was unique and unparalleled. Seeing how the community came together, enjoyed themselves and showed their talent in static elements was very gratifying. Undoubtedly, this first edition of "Only Statics Pro" left an indelible mark and motivates us to continue working for similar events.
