Food, Sleep and Movie.

When the word healthy is mentioned, being free from sickness is mostly what comes to the mind but then we have the physical and metal health as well. One could be okay and living without any form of sickness but not well mentally. All these are important things to pay attention to because they determine our overall input and output towards work, studies, family, etc.

My physical health is one thing I am paying more attention to lately. Last year, I suffered severally the consequences of not paying attention and taking good care of my health. It is so rare for me to decide to want to sleep and actually get to: my sleeping habit has been tampered with because of the desire to want to meet goals by sacrificing sleep amongst many others but didn't find a balance for it. Now I can only sleep when I am very sleepy not when I randomly choose to want to sleep.

If it's about being physically fit, I do not have a problem with that because I don't even need to visit the gym center. The stress from school, the walk from one lecture hall to another lecture hall is enough to keep me fit. So many students have lost weight due to the whole activity in school. We constantly need to find a way to relax our body, to stay healthy mentally too.

Having a good sleep is major factor that can keep us physically and mentally healthy, it works well. The human body and brain especially needs sleep everyday to function well, sleeping feels like staying on low power mode, resting and resetting so as to function well for the next tasks ahead: the brain won't survive for long without sleep. Hence, getting enough sleep help to stay healthy physically and mentally. Besides, there are days I wake up from sleep and then I feel weak and lazy to do anything.

One best way to regain energy is by food. After a stressful day in school, I am always anticipating to get home to eat even if it's just snacks, I know it would help relax my body and brain. The body can get back every energy lost from the nutrients in food. Food also work well for mental health, eating very delicious food just and the feeling and satisfaction that comes from it does the job too.

I watch movies on my phone majorly to ease of mental stress and it works all the time. I always try to have movies to watch on my phone because I get stressed easily and school is never tired of giving it. I often go for series because of that, solo leveling, the day of the jackal, twisted metal, titans and presently seeing The Boys, on season now. I can say I watch movie everyday as long as I need to cool my head or do not have much work to do for the day. I can dedicate averagely 1-2 hours for movie, I might have to shuffle it between work too so as not to send too much time watching movie.
