SOPA Y TORTILLA DE VERDURAS, CON ZAPALLO ASADO-----SOUP AND VEGETABLE OMELET, WITH ROASTED PUMPKIN
Buenos dias a todos, la verdad que luego de pasar los dias de semana, con una rutina casi interminable porque el hecho de levantarse por la mañana cuanod comienza el dia ya es una lucha, imaginense al terminar el dia, pero lo mas bueno de esto es que cuando llega como dije el fin de semana, es ahi donde no relajamos, no por lo rutinario, si no por el hecho de compartir y pasar esos dos dias muy feliz, tanto asi que tambien tiene que ver lo que degustamos, como por ejemplo hoy una sopa de verduras, el cual es muy facil de prepararla, tenemos las verduras en este caso, zapallo, poroto manteca, zanahoria, sal a gusto, al estar cocinandose todo le agregamos tambien un caldo de verduras, la verdad salio todo muy rico.
Tambien zapallo cocinado al horno y tortilla de verdura, la cual lleva huevo, cebolla de verdeo, sal a gusto y papa, una ves cocinado todo, queda como se ve en la fotografia y asi compartimos el dia sabado en familia.
