ROMPIENDO LAS REGLAS, SANDWICH DE CARNE DE RES CON HUEVO FRITO-----BREAKING THE RULES, BEEF SANDWICH WITH FRIED EGG

Buenos dias a todos los integrantes de HIVE, la verdad amigos es muy bueno tener una conducta referente a lo que es la comida, pero como dije conducta, existe dias en que se nos vien a la mente la nostalgia, como esto que me paso ahora al recordar lo rico que es degustar un sandwich como en este caso, el cual contiene pan, carne de res (lomito), tambien con huevo frito y aderesos varios, acompañado con un vaso de vino blanco con soda, como dije es hermoso cuando esa nostalgia es en el presente y dejamos un poco de lado la rutina jajaja.

Para preparar dicho sandwich es de la siguiente manera, teniendo el churrasco de lomo lo cocinamos a fuego medio para que salga bien jugos, luego freimos los huevos, cortamos el pan, le quitamos la miga, agregamos el adereso y a degustar el mismo con un buen vaso de vino blanco con soda.
