REVUELTO DE HIGADO CON VERDURAS Y HUEVO FRITO-----Liver Scramble with Vegetables and Fried Egg

Buenos dias a todos, es muy bueno cuando sabemos variar un poco las comidas, en este caso para el almuerzo y que mejor en preparar una comida con mucha energia, siendo esta higado de res, el cual lo cortamos en tiras no muy gruesas y para prepararlom agregamos aceite en una olla, luego cebolla, ajo, y sal a gusto, luego el higado antes mencionado, tambien morron o locote, una pisca de pimienta y pimentos rojo, lo revolvemos bien y luego dejamos que se cocine todo, quedando como se ve en la foto.

Para acompañar este rico higado, lo mejor y para mi gusto es hacerlo con huevo frito, el cual se cocina de la siguiente manera, colocamos la sarten en la hornalla de la cocina, le agregamos aceite y cuando el mismo se calienta le agregamos el huevo, cuando esta frito, el mismo esta listo para acompañar dicho higado.
