POLLO DEL DOMINGO, MUY RICO CON ARROZ-----SUNDAY CHICKEN, VERY TASTY WITH RICE

Buenos dias a todos, cuando una comida sale muy rica y tenemos la oportunidad de conservar un poco de la misma, lo digo por el pollo del domingo, en donde conservo uno, el cual luego de sacarlos del horno electrico, quedo como se ve en la fotografia, con un sabor muy rico, ademas le agregue mas condimentos, bueno el mismo que me habia traido de ese almuerzo, le falataba un poco de copccion es por eso que lo prepare para el almuerzo de hoy, salio espectacular.

Para preparar el arroz, para el mismo agregue una poco de aceite en la olla, luego unos dientes de ajo y luego agregando y revolviendo el arroz, muy despacio, para el final agregar un poco de agua, una ves que lo concidere que ya estaba casi cocinado, entonces el agua que le agrego al secarce es cuando dicho arroz esta cocinado.

Asi que a degustar como siempre pongo de manifiesto en mis publicacions de que soy un fan del pollo, el cual es la carne que mas me agrada, aparte de lo rico que es.
