POLLO AL HORNO CON UNA BUENA ENSALADA-----BAKED CHICKEN WITH A NICE SALAD

Buenos dias a todos, teniendo en cuenta que hoy ya es domingo, asi que es bueno tener un buen permitido, por lo tanto que mejor que degustar para el almuerzo pollo al horno con papas, norron, batata, cebolla, ajo y sal a gusto, por supuesto cocinado el mismo a una temperatura media, es por eso que sale como se ve en la foto, la verdad muy rico.

Para acompañar el mismo, una buena ensalada de lechuga, tomate y un poco de ajo, para la misma lavamos bien todo, luego cortamos el tomate en juliana, luego la lechuga y el ajo, mesclamos bien todo, le vertemos un poco de aceite de oliva y ya esta todo preparado para degustarlo, la verdad muy rico.
