MILANESA DE POLLO CON QUESO MAGRO Y ENSALADA-----CHICKEN MILANESA WITH LEAN CHEESE AND SALAD

Buenos dias a todos, que lindo cuando llega el domingo, donde la familia se integra y tambien es el comienzo del otoñom sabemos que despue viene el frio, pero bueno es el sistema, quiero decir que todo es obra del sistema de vida y tambien de la naturaleza, porque todo tiene ese proceso en la subsistencia, entonces aprovechando todo eso, que mejor el de cocinar para el almuerzo, milanesa de pollo de la parte de la pechuga, pero con el detalle que le agregue a la misma una poco de queso magro, el cual una ves derretido queda como se ve en la foto, la verdad muy ricas.

Como es de costumbre para el almuerzo, fuera cual fuera, lo mejor es hacerlo con una ensalada, esta ves la misma contiene, pepino, cebolla morada, lechuga y tomate, condimentada con aceite de oliva y sal a gusto.
