FIDEO ESPAGUETI CON ESTOFADO DE POLLO-----Spaghetti Noodles with Chicken Stew

Buenos dias a todos, como lo digo amigos, referente al frio, lo cual es beneficioso en algunos sentidos, por el hecho de que para las comidas con estofado nos vamos a las pastas, salsas, carnes y dejamos un poco de lado lo mas natural, como lo es en este caso, un estofado de pollo con fideo espagueti, que se cocinan de la siguiente manera, colocamos la olla en la hornalla de la cocina, luego le vertemos un poco de aceite, cebolla y la carne de pollo, revolvemos un poco para que se cocine muy bien todo, luego le agregamos un poco de agua caliente y despues la papa, morron, zanahoria y lo dejamos que se termine de cocinar todo.

Luego al notar que todo ya esta casi cocinado, le agregamos el fideo antes mencionado en una olla con agua caliente, a la que le agregamos antes un poco de aceite, para que el fideo no se pegue, luego revolvemos lentamente, quedando en la olla y al terminar de cocinar todo esto, los pasamos por el colador sabiendo que el mismo salio muy rico, cuando los servimos con el pollo.
