ENSALANADA DE TOMATE Y LECHUGA CON CHORIZO DE JAVALI-----TOMATO AND LETTUCE SALAD WITH JAVALI CHORIZO SAUSAGE
Buenos dias a todos, que bueno es cuando a uno le ofrecen algo que nunca lo habia probado, a comida me refiero y la verdad que esa comida se trata de chorizos pero no es cualquier chorizo, si no que este es especial porque esta elaborado con una carne muy especial, digo especial porque el mismo es de carne de jabali, dicha carne es muy codiciada porque bien sabemos que a los animales silvestres se los tiene que protejer, pero este amigo es abitue de un coto de caza, en el cual se puede cazar hasta un solo animal de esta especie, al haberlo hecho luego prepara chorizos y jamon crudo que la verdad sale muy rico.
Para acompañar dicho chorizo lo hago con ensalada de tomate y lechuga, condimentada con vastante limon y sal a gusto, la verdad todo muy rico.
