EMPANADAS DE POLLO, CON REMOLACHA Y PEPINO-----CHICKEN EMPANADAS WITH BEETS AND CUCUMBER
Buenos dias a todos,bueno amigos llego el fin de semana y luego de haber trabajado el dia de ayer sabado, se me antojo cambiar el menu de hoy, por una comida la cual hace mucho tiempo no la preparo y en esta ocacion la misma se trata de empanadas de pollo al horno, la cual salem mas sabrosas y mas facil de cocinarlas, el pollo una ves desmenusado, lo agrego en una olla la cual la agrego en la hornalla de la cocina, con condimentos a gusto, luego de quitarala de la cocina, la dejo que se enfrie y agrego el huevo antes mencionado.

Dichas empanadas de pollo, lo primero es herbir la carne de pollo a utilizar, pechuga y pata y muslo, que al hervirlos en una olla, le agrego, ajo, y condimentos varios, con sal a gusto, las llevo a la cocina, las agrego en un molde de pizza y una ves cocinadas, como se ve en la foto, quito del horno dicho molde con las empanadas cocinadas, las cuales las dejo que se enfrien un poco, para luego desmoldearlas y concumirlas.
Para acompañarlas un poco de remolacha y pepino cortado en trozos pequeños, condimentados con limon y aceite de oliva.

I take them to the kitchen, add them to a pizza pan, and once cooked, as seen in the photo, I remove the pan with the cooked empanadas from the oven and let them cool a little before removing them from the pan and eating them.
To accompany them, I serve a little beetroot and cucumber cut into small pieces, seasoned with lemon and olive oil.
