CARNE DE RES (VACIO) ENSALADA MIXTA, QUESO Y PAPA AL HORNO-----BEEF (BEEF STEAK) MIXED SALAD, CHEESE AND BAKED POTATO

Buenos dias a todos los integrante de HIVE, sabiendo y teniendo en cuenta la cual es una comunidad en la que todos podemos efectuar nuestras publicaciones muy libremente, teniendo en cuenta que con cada una de las mismas crecemos todos y de esa manera seguimosd hacia adelante en el dia a dia, por ejemplo mi post de hoy es referente a la comida para el almuerzo, la cual consiste en una buena porcionde vacio (carne de res), con paps al horno bien condimentadas, tambien un poco de queso de barra cortado en daditos y condimentado.

Lo que n debe de faltar y en la medida que se pueda en un asado son las ensaladas, la cual se trata de repollo, morado, zanahoria cortada en rodajas hervida, pepino,tomate, aceitunas sin caroso y remolacha cortada en trozos pequeños, todo condimentado con aceite de oliva y sal a gusto.
