BIFE DE CERDO CON ENSALADA DE BATATA-----PORK STEAK WITH SWEET POTATO SALAD

Buenos dias a todos, sabemos que a veces el abuso de las carnes nos puede traer complicaciones, pero refferrente a la misma seria la carne roja, por eso es de mi agrado degustar mas la carne de cerdo, porque la concidero una carne magra y mucho mas rica, mas cuando a la misma la acompaño en este caso con una ensalada de batata, cebolla morada y tomate.

Para preparar dicha ensalada la cual contiene batata, tomate y cebolla morada todo cortado en trozos muy pequeños, que luego lo condimentamos con sal a gusto y aceite de oliva, haciendo asi un buen componente para acompañar al bife de cerdo, que la verdad salio todo muy rico.
