ASADITO CON CARNE DE RES Y ENSALADA DE REPOLLO Y TOMATE-----ASADITO WITH BEEF AND CABBAGE AND TOMATO SALAD

Buenos dias a todos, que bueno que existen los dias domingos, los cuales concidero muy especiales, porque ademas de ser un dia de descanso, degustamos una comida que es de nuestro agrado, or ejemplo los asaditos, los cuales e preparan de una gran variedad de maneras, pero en esta ocacion los mismos son de carne de res, la cual se la corta en trozos pequeños, todo bien condimentado, luego prendemos el carbon y cuando la brasa ya esta bien roja, es cuando agregamos dicha carne a la parrilla.

Cuando la carne se va dorando de una lado lo damos vuelta, para que se cocinen muy bien toda la carne, bueno como se ve amigos esta parrilla, es armada al instante jaja, pero la cuestion es comer esta rica carne asada.

Para acompañar la misma que mejor que hacerlo con tomate y repollo todo cortado muy fino y condimentado con aceite de oliva a gusto, la verdad que por eso me es agradable dicho dia.
