ARROZ CON POLLO Y ENSALADA-----RICE WITH CHICKEN AND SALAD

Buenos dias a todos los que componen esta grandiosa plataforma social de HIVE, que buen que para continuar la semana, degustamos siempre comidas diferentes, bueno es en la medida que se pueda, como en este caso, que prepare para el almuerzo un rico guisado de arroz con pollo , el cual se prepara de la siguiente manera, tomamos la olla la llevamos a la hornalla de la cocina, le vertemos un poco aceite, luego, cebolla, ajo, sal a gusto, el pollo cortado en trozo, lo mesclamos bien y luego le agregamos aji molido, morron o locote bien cortadito, mesclamos bien y cuando notamos que el pollo ya esta casi cocinado, le agrego el arroz con muy poca agua, y tambien le agrego un poco de asafran, voy mesclando todo muy despacio hasta que el arroz este cocinado y de esa manera ya esta dicho guisado.

Luego se prepara un poco de ensalada de rucula, pepino,tomate y zanahoria rallada, le vierto un poco de aceite de oliva y sal a gusto, se mescla bien todo y lista la misma, que salio todo muy rico.
