Creative blocks can be frustrating

Good day, wonderful hive of students and connects 🤗; it's really been a while as I took some time off to focus on exams; it's good to be back on board again.

I've experienced countless creative/ writing blocks both in school and here on hive, I'm glad I was able to overcome them on time.

After my exams, I was supposed to be active here again immediately, writing different prompts and all, but inspiration was not forthcoming. I would carry my phone to write a prompt, but my brain was just all black; that's how I was just there without posting anything for more than two weeks after my exams; it wasn't funny at all 😄. Until on Saturday, I was just scrolling through other people's prompts, voting and dropping comments; at that point I became motivated to pick my phone and write something; it took me the whole of Saturday to write that particular post and I posted it later that night. I thought I'd overcome that block, not until Sunday that I saw a prompt that I was interested in; I took my phone again to write, but I just couldn't. I just continued reading other people's prompts, commenting and all; I got motivated again; I wrote my second prompt yesterday since after my exams. Here I am writing another without stress; I was able to overcome the writing blocks by scrolling through other people's prompt.

Of course I've had so many times in school that I'll just go black, read a particular notes over and over again but still I can't just comprehend or assimilate anything,it can be so frustrating, most times stress is the major causative factor especially in cases whereby I've writing exams on a daily basis without break at that point I'll just close my book and go take a nap for some time,I make sure I had a good nap and after my full cream milk comes in handy 😄, taking milk after a nap to study has been very helpful to me ( learnt that from my lecturer though) ,but there are sometimes after the naps and everything still continues the next thing I do is to just peacefully turn on my data, straight to tiktok( I know I'm not alone on this) watching funny videos on tiktok and scrolling through the comments section is another hack that's helped me during my creative block in school.

Thank you for stopping by 🤗

So a milk after a nap helps? Haven't tried that before but worth trying.
Watching videos make me relaxed but that has not really helped me as a person because I'll stay online until my data starts to cry, but individuals are different and it's good to learn something new
