Nkem, I have been there in the past years where I felt inferior about myself as I was always body shamed, even by my family. I was always shy to come out at all, and it went on till I grew up and realised the Bible part that we are wonderfully made by God. I know this will shock you, but it was the truth. People, including small children, were always laughing when I passed by, and it made me wish the ground could open and swallow me up 😀 but today, I know who I am. No one can try such and will allow it to get into my head.

It is just so unfair how people do that, knowing they aren't the creator. As long as we cannot create, why do we make a mockery of others? But that is life for us. But we can always do ourselves the best by accepting who we are and not listening to what others say about us. What they say is nothing compared to who God calls us to be.

Overall, however we are is a gift from God, but we should make a better choice that would help us live healthier while embracing our body positivity.

This is very true.
