Amazing feedback, bugs, issues to be addressed on Inleo: What a Wonderful Month of May

When there are teams of people who are readily available to attend to diverse complaints of users especially online, it becomes much better to resolve those issues on time. You know, it's always easy to walk up to an office or branch to make a complaint and find staff that are responsible for such a position to handle whatever issues you are encountering.
Though sometimes, it's always difficult to reach out to a developer or assistant online because, on most days, they might not be available online to respond to you and keep you waiting for long, leaving you to keep checking back to see if your questions are being addressed or answered which leaves you frustrated at a point until someone finally clears your mind and give a resounding reply to you.
To be sincere, the Inleo team of developers are trying. They are always working behind the scenes to attend to questions, complaints etc to make the users satisfied and keep coming back. Aside from that, there is a need to have the right person to approach or walk up to and not those who are rude and talk to you as if you are nothing because of the position they hold.
Such hasn't been found in this community because they are for everyone and treat us all equally and fairly. We are humans and sometimes, we allow the ego to override us forgetting that the world, even though it is a large space, we all can meet anywhere and at any point. So, I give it to the team in the Inleo community for always working up to the task of delivering to the best of their knowledge.
The month of May has been another amazing month. Just like every other month that has passed, this month also is kind of great with initiatives flowing everywhere and helping a lot of us to overcome writer's block as there are sweet topics to venture on, some bringing lovely memories to us and making us giggle while we write them in anticipation to click the publish button so others can read and feel a taste of those memories too.
I could remember sometime last month when a friend chatted me up and complained of not being able to add tags to his post through the Inleo frontend, same thing with a newbie I brought on board too, it was surprising to me because I wasn't encountering such issue, little did I know I would be in the same shoe later.
For 2-3 days, I couldn't post through the Inleo frontend as I couldn't add tags. The thing is, I am already used to this frontend. I asked around and also saw it was something others were experiencing too except for a few users, of which I had a friend who helped me publish my post by providing him with my posting key. I'd already used another frontend to post for 2 days and when I tried all means, like changing browsers, clearing my cache, using a different login method as told, still to no avail.

I ran to their Discord channel to make the complaint and as I'd expected, I got a reply from @tsunsica who reassured me and the others that they were working on it as it was a problem that would soon be fixed. Lo and behold, it got resolved the next day and was able to post conveniently and add tags too.
Then last week or so, I encountered another problem and it was that my threads were disappearing and weren't indexed at all. It's so annoying when you have typed lots of nice words to be sent but unfortunately, hitting the thread button to send it live, you discover your thread didn't get published, how do you recover those ideas from your head into writing again? It doesn't make sense for me to keep copying every short post in case it didn't go and one can easily paste it to the box and thread.
I made two threads, but unknowingly none went through, I was so disappointed and ran to their channel again. Four days later, I decided to try again and here is what I wrote as I was trying to test if my thread would go again, this time around, I had to copy it in case such a thing happened again and it got indexed.

Another issue is what I talked about here. I hope it gets resolved on time.

I can see the team is always working so hard to see those bugs through making complaints in their channel and also making a thread and adding the hashtag — "feedback" so they can see it too.

The team are working always to make sure those bugs are fixed before the end of the month as Khal has said. The goal is to make sure 99% of the bugs are sorted out, making the interface smooth to navigate through.
I could have been using the frontend more to engage but these issues get me frustrated and annoyed making me switch to other frontends to do my activities. But this week, I decided, whether bugs or not, I want to be able to do my activities like posting and commenting on posts using the Inleo frontend which I have been doing and the goal is to be achieved this weekend and continues if all bugs have been fixed.
I am still experiencing my threads disappearing which has made me not make a thread today and I hope they work on this sooner so we can enjoy a new ride in June. I do want to stay more active on the frontend by next month.
Also, there is one issue I want to be addressed and looked into. You know, on other frontends, when trying to publish our posts, there is the option to choose which picture or image to use for our thumbnail, that is something I am looking forward to on Inleo so we can also choose our favourite picture as a thumbnail. I wish the Inleo team more strength to resolve all issues and introduce more updates to us so we can enjoy more of what the community has to offer.

Same here, and the most frustrating bug for me is that one where random letters are added to whatever I'm typing. The solution I use is to first type whatever I want in my notes app, then copy and paste it to inLeo. But I noticed that things are much better now and that bug doesn't happen as frequently as before
I do that too but it's not easy than doing everything on the frontend once and for all. I am still experiencing that letters typing by themselves and it's kind of annoying. I hope things turn better afterwards. Thanks for your comment.
The bugs can be annoying, fortunately, they seem to have been worked out and the UI is not smoother than ever. Hope this new month would be bug-free and no more disappearing threads and comments :)
Yea. I hope so too. Thank you, FG 😊

I can understand how frustrating it can be when you have finished writing lovely threads and they disappear, not to talk of not being able to add tags so you could publish a long post.
I love the way the inleo team keeps working tirelessly to fix these bugs so we can always have a seamless experience on the frontend.
It's a new week and a new month, fingers crossed, we are going to enjoy interacting on the platform.

Yes. So frustrating but I think things have been fixed now. Cheers to a beautiful month. Thanks for visiting.
Yeah I also couldn’t post on inleo for a while…mine wasn’t even opening at all. I’m glad it’s been fixed and yeah the thumbnail too. You said my mind…I think I spent so much time looking for the thumbnail settings only to find out there wasn’t one. I hope they do something about it.

Being truthful here, it gets me sick to see the up and down stuffs on the site.
I keep asking myself, why can't it just be normal with others. I know sites are prone to bugs once in a while, this one is too much ooo.
I suffered it most when I was using 2GB ram phone. I saw pepper 😭😭
Things are getting better, I believe.
Thanks for sharing!

Yea. Things are getting better truly because they are always working effortlessly. Thank you.
They are actually trying and I have personally seen some obvious growth, I am very certain that it will keep getting better and better.
#dreemerforlife
Yes. It's getting better from them and I can see they are really working hard on those bugs. Thank you 😊
