Hello beautiful people all over the world, welcome to HL community Creative-Sunday. And happy Easter Sunday to you all.

Today I will be making healthy, delicious, and yummy snacks which are popularly known as pancakes.

Pancake is a very healthy snack because of the combination of ingredients used to make and it is very easy to make as well.

Ingredients used are:

Flour
Milk
Sugar
Eggs
Pepper
Onions
Seasoning
Baking powder
Groundnut oil

Procedure

As you can the the listed ingredients up there, are very nutritious ingredients and that is why pancakes are really great snacks.

So let's get into the kitchen and see what pancake looks like, meanwhile, it's my first time making pancakes and it came out perfectly.

Step 1

I broke the eggs into a clean bowl and added milk into it, then I mixed them.

After that, I added the all-purpose flour inside the mixture and mixed it thoroughly so that the flour could dissolve into the mixture.

Step 2

After that, I added sugar, baking powder, and of course a pinch of salt into the flour mixture, then I began to mix it again so that all the ingredients would blend well into the mixture.

Step 3

It's time for frying, I poured a small quantity of groundnut oil inside the frying pan on the burner.
Then allowed it to get hot a bit, I made use of a small cup to take the mixture from the bowl then I poured it inside the hot oil.
I poured it in three places, and after one I turned them to the other side.

I allowed the other side to get brown as well before I removed it from the frying pan. The same process was applied to the rest of the mixture in the bowl until I finished frying everything.

Step 4

Pancake is just like bread that you have to eat with something, so I decided to eat mine with fish sauce. Hehehe what a good combination.

I washed the fish, and then poured them inside a clean pot then put them on the burner to parboiled it.

After some minutes, the fish had cooked properly so I removed it from the pot and debone it.

Step 5

I put the same frying pan back on the burner poured groundnut oil, allowed it to get hot, then poured the fish inside and allowed it to fry a little.

After that, I added the sliced onions, and mixed it, I added the blended pepper then mixed it again before adding seasoning to the sauce and allowed it to fry for some minutes.

Now the pancake and its sauce are ready to be served. You can have it with any cold drink of your choice.

I hope you like it, don't forget to drop a comment in the box

Hey, this is the first time I saw pancake recipe in #creative-sunday. When I think pancakes in my mind I get an image of honey dripping from the cake. Your recipe is quite unique and different than how I imagined pancakes. BRAVO!
