Unforeseen prank

We all have this one particular friend in our lives who keeps disturbing us, or let me say we have this particular person in our family who loves to disturb us a lot. I have a friend like that and we have been together for over a decade.

I am not the type that loves going out often because I get tired easily so what is the essence of going out when I won't enjoy the outing? But I have this friend of mine that loves going out a lot, sometimes she will invite me and I won't go, sometimes I do follow her but I won't stay as long as she wants.

So one day, I was at home enjoying myself all alone and my phone rang. Immediately I saw the caller which my friend I knew she wanted to invite me out so I didn't pick up the call.
She knew that I understood why she was calling so she stopped calling for some minutes, after some minutes I got a message from a strange number that my fiance was spotted somewhere with another girl. I laughed at the message because I trusted my fiance but then, I couldn't take my mind off the text so I called the number back and it wasn't my friend's voice. I called my fiance he wasn't picking up his phone.

So, I quickly dressed up and rushed down to the location that was sent to me, my body was hot as if I was set on fire and all I wanted was to just see my fiance for real and ask what was going on. After searching the bar thoroughly I was tired and a lady came to meet me she was the one that sent me the message so she came to take me to the spot where my fiance was sitting.

I felt relief but the anger in me kept boiling and I didn't bother to ask where the lady got my number from or how she knew my fiance, all I wanted was to catch my fiance for real but when I got there, I saw my naughty friend with some other girls enjoying themselves there. And immediately I got there all of them shouted, "April fool".

I wasn't confused enough that it was a prank so I looked back then asked the lady that brought me down there, "Where is my fiance?" She laughed at me and then replied, "Do I even know you, so how can I know your fiance?" I felt bad but then I faced my friend and asked, "What's all this about?" she responded that if she had asked me politely I wouldn't answer her so she used the pranks to lure me out.

At a point, I was angry because I didn't even realize it was April 1st secondly I and my fiance had a misunderstanding so I couldn't think straight before jumping to the conclusion that he went out with another girl and I also didn't think that my friend could prank me with such a thing, since she wasn't aware we had a misunderstanding. But then she really got me a big time, later I didn't have a choice but to sit with them to cool off the anger in me, some minutes after my fiance called to invite me over to his house so that we could sort things out and talk about the misunderstanding.

I was already enjoying the hangout so I wanted him to come out too, which he wouldn't agree either if I asked him politely so I also pranked him with another girl calling him that I was with another guy at the same bar.

You all know how a man can be? he didn't spend a second at home before he rushed down to where I was to see the guy who had the nerve to take his fiance out and when he got there I joined the girls to shout, "April fool".

He was angry too and he promised to prank me back, so we all hung out that day and it was a beautiful hangout for me and my fiance because we don't really fancy going out to sit at a bar, we both don't find it fun but my naughty friend dragged us out which was later fun to us.
