Today I will be making a spicy rice, corn, and beans medley with just a few ingredients we usually have at home. Let’s get into the chicken and see how I made the magic dish with cucumber.
Ingredients are:
3 cups of rice
1 stick of corn
1 cup of beans
30g of blended dry pepper
5 pieces of carrots
1 sachet of tomato paste
5g of ginger and garlic powder
1 tablespoon of salt
5g of Curry
300ml of groundnut oil

So I poured the parboiled rice inside a basket and poured the corn, beans, and carrots on a flat plate and then set it aside.

Now it’s time to bring everything together; I place a clean pot on the burner and then pour groundnut oil.
I added carrots into the oil, and I also poured the beans and the corn into it at the same time and stirred it to fry a little.

Now I added the rest of the ingredients, like curry, ginger and garlic powder, and of course salt. I stirred again so that the ingredients could influence the corn and the beans, I added pepper, and I allowed it to cook a little.

Lastly, I poured the parboiled rice into the sauce and then made use of a bigger spoon to stir it until the sauce influenced the rice completely, and then I covered it to steam for two minutes since the rice had been cooked already.
