Inner peace makes me happy

Everyone has the right to be happy because happiness is free. Nothing can make anyone happy except they make themselves happy because only self-developed last forever.
True happiness has nothing to do with material things or someone because we can't have it forever, true happiness comes from within.

If someone has rest of mind there is no how he or she won't be happy because that is what matters.
What is the usefulness of material things that makes you cry? What is the usefulness of people you have around that makes you feel lonely? It is because they are around you always.

There are lots of rich people that doesn't have happiness despite the money they have, there are lots of people that have friends to talk to but still they are not happy it is because nothing gives happiness better than yourself, if you don't make yourself happy nothing can make you happy.

True happiness to me is peace of mind because if you are restless there is no amount of money or material things you have you can never be happy.

A friend of mine left Nigeria because she thought that if she travel out of the country she will be rich and she was taken to Ghana by one of her friends that I don't know, it was only God that knows what kind of work she went there to do.

We never talked or see for some years, but last two years I saw her at garage on my way to make hair for someone she was the one that saw me and ran after me, I couldn't believe am seeing her back in Nigeria because all I was thinking was that she has made it already. But when she was talking to me she makes me understand that nothing gives joy and happiness than peace of mind.

She told me that happiness is not what you are looking for everywhere happiness is what you have in you and if you are not ready to be happy nothing can make you happy. She said she has money but yet she's not happy and that was why she came back to Nigeria because the work she was doing didn't give her rest of mind.

Then I realized that money doesn't guarantee happiness even though you will get whatever you want when you want it but still, , you don't have peace of mind you can never be happy.
I don't need anything special before I can be happy, all that matters to me is peace of mind once I have that I am happy.

Do I have peace of mind now? Yes because if I don't have it I can't concentrate on whatever am doing in life. Even though life keeps getting hard but inner peace of mind keeps me going because nobody can have it all.

Nothing last forever that's what I believe and nothing gives happiness forever except your mind, if you are happy because of money you might get broke and that means you will be until you can make money again.

If you are happy because of material things, those things can vanish because you can have them forever and if you are happy because of people they might also leave you anytime.

So to me, nothing gives everlasting happiness than peace of mind.
