Hello, beautiful people all over the world! I welcome you all to the Foodies Bee Hive community, a place where you can show your yummy, simple, and delicious meal recipes and get to see a lot of different recipes as well, from different people in different countries.

So today I will be preparing a homemade chicken pizza. I know that sounds yummy already. It wast my first time preparingit,t and it came out beautifully, crunchy,y and delicious as well.

Ingredients are:

Chicken (500g)

Flour (70g)

Chili pepper (40 g)

Tomato paste (300 g)

Sugar (1 teaspoon)

Salt (1 teaspoon)

Seasoning cube (2 cubes)

Yeast (half tablespoon)

Onion (1 small ball)

Groundnut oil (50 ml)

Procedure

I rinsed the chicken and then packed it inside a clean pot for boiling. I added half a teaspoon of salt and a seasoning cube to taste, then sliced half of the onion inside as well.

Then I poured half a tablespoon of yeast into a bowl.

I poured in the flour, a pinch of salt, and a teaspoon of sugar.

Then I added half a teacup of water, then mixed them together.

I noticed the mixture was not sticking together, so I added one full teaspoon of groundnut oil and then mixed again until it formed a dough.

I sprinkled flour on a chopping board, removed the dough from the bowl, and then placed it on the board.

I made use of a rolling pin to spread it out until I got the perfect size I wanted.

Then I transferred it to a big frying pan and covered it for five minutes to rise.

I proceeded by removing the chicken from the burner, then started cutting it into pieces, then sliced the remaining onion beside it as well.

I cut the tomato paste and the chili pepper, poured them into a small bowl, and added a little bit of water to mix them together.

I put a small frying pan on the burner and allowed it to dry before adding groundnut oil inside.

After the groundnut oil was hot, I poured the chopped chicken and the sliced onions inside, then stirred.

I added the mixture of chilies and tomato paste, then stirred.

I added the remaining half teaspoon of salt and a seasoning cube as well and stirred, then allowed it to fry for two minutes.

After that, the spread dough had already risen inside the frying pan, so I poured the sauce on it, spread it very well, and then put it back on the burner on low heat for ten minutes.

After ten minutes, my yummy, crunchy, and delicious chicken pizza was ready.

I cut it into pieces and have a bit it hehe 😁 I hope you like it.
