So today I will be showing you another way you can drink your custard without getting tired of it. The reason why I love trying different ways of drinking or cooking is because I get tired of food easily, so this evening I didn't feel like eating heavy food, and custard was the only thing that came to mind.

Meanwhile, I am tired of drinking it the usual way, so I make a fruit custard instead of the ordinary custard. You can use any fruit of your choice, and that is why this method is so unique.

Ingredients are:

Custard (90g)

Powdered milk (2 tablespoons)

Sugar (2 tablespoons)

Cucumber (300g)

Pineapple (100g)

Watermelon (300g)

Apple (1 ball)

Procedure

As you can see, the ingredients are so few, but trust me when I say the outcome was so yummy, creamy, and sweet as well, so let's get into the kitchen and see what I have been talking about.

I poured water inside a clean pot (5 teacups), then poured the custard into it and made use of a turning stick to stir it until everything dissolved inside the water.

I added two tablespoons of sugar and stirred it again before putting it on the burner. I stirred it continuously for two minutes until it was cooked.

After that, I transferred it into a clean bowl and set it aside to cool off.

I rinsed all the fruits and then sliced them one after the other. I also removed the seeds from the watermelon, and after slicing, I packed them inside another clean bowl.

Cucumber

Apple

Pineapple

Watermelon

I added half a teacup of water to the two tablespoons of powdered milk, then stirred for it to dissolve inside the water.

The custard had already cooled off, so I poured the milk inside and stirred until the milk influenced the custard.

Lastly, I poured all the sliced fruits into the custard and then stirred again until the custard influenced the fruits.

Now that my fruit custard is ready, you can refrigerate it if you want, but I love it warm so am just going to take it now.
