Cloudwatching; my daily dose of motivation

Admiring the clouds has been part of me for a very long time because it gives me hope. I love looking at the clouds and taking pictures of them since they look beautiful; even when it rains, I always find them beautiful, and that is why I take pictures of the clouds even at night since they dazzle at night as well.

The cloud motivates me every single day because it always looks beautiful despite the different seasons that we have. If only people could find the clouds a source of motivation, then nobody would have downtime because when it rains, the clouds will look dark, and immediately after the rain stops, the clouds will be bright again. Isn't that a good thing to get motivated from? Well, I don't know about others, but for me, looking at the cloud before going out in the morning gives me strength that I can do more.

I never knew I would be using all these cloud images for a contest before capturing them, but I guess the person who chose this topic is a cloud lover as well hehe 😁.

I love everything about the cloud, starting from its color and how it looks like a live wallpaper always.

Last week, when I was on my way to work, I looked up and noticed the sky looked so blue, which made it more beautiful, and I quickly brought out my phone to capture the beautiful moment. While I was capturing the sky, I realized there was a long three inside a compound, so I moved closer so that I could capture it with the sky, and trust me when I say this picture captures my heart.

While I was snapping, someone tapped me from the back, and the look on her face told me that she thought I was not serious with my life. she said, "What's so special about the sky that made me take my time in capturing it this early morning?".

I smiled because it is not everyone that values nature and everything that is naturally made, so I replied to her that, "Looking at the beautiful clouds gives me hope that I can do better.".

She laughed so hard at my response and asked, "Does the cloud give people hope?" I didn't feel like answering her because we don't even know each other, but then I managed to reply to her, "No matter how bad the day is, the cloud is always beautiful, and at some point, it cries, which we call rain, and yet it still looks so beautiful, and that alone motivates me a lot more than what anyone can tell me.".

After explaining that to her, she looked up and said, "The truth is that the cloud is indeed beautiful, but I still can get how it gives people hope anyway.".

Then I realized that not everyone understands nature, admires nature, or appreciates being blessed with such beautiful things.

I am a nature lover, and I love taking pictures of it every single day, and that is why I will be sharing different pictures of the cloud for this contest. I have more than enough of it, but I will be sharing a few of them.

Note: All the images are captured by me.
